Recycled-HDPE product line (hangboard, tables, chairs)

Products machined from recycled-HDPE sheet off the Level 7 sheet press. The climbing hangboard (The Chalkboard) and furniture were the core lines; Level 7 also built a trad gear organizer for a sporting goods company and sold coasters and a guitar body.

My role: Designed the products and machined them from pressed sheet with the team.

Highlights

My contribution

I designed the hangboard, tables, and chairs in Fusion 360 and machined production parts from pressed sheet with the team, using the CNC router, table router, saws, and drill press.

Technical details

Every product was machined from recycled-HDPE sheet pressed on the Level 7 sheet press; the Bean Table pairs the recycled plastic with wooden legs.
